Here is a quick read—only 50 pages with many photos—but it is chock full of wisdom.  My guess is that it would resonate more with women than men, and more with women over forty than younger ones. I've given it as a college graduation gift, though, because the sooner you know these things, the better!

I liked some stories in here better than others, but this is definitely a book worth reading.  Read only one or two chapters a day to get the most out of it.

There are some great ideas in here for making room for happiness in your life and also for helping you to appreciate the life you have.  I like her writing style, too.

Great book. I think it is best read at a rate of a chapter a day so that you can savor the concepts.
